Though these used mobile homes for sale are available at a much reduced price than new mobile homes, it is not advisable to invest in one without any prior investigation on the mobile home.

Take a look at the wiring of the used mobile homes for sale, if its bare ends are silvery looking, it could be aluminum, which is a safety hazard in the mobile home. It can lead to chemical reactions with other metals which in turn can lead to a fire. Stains on ceilings indicate leaking, especially if the stains are dark. It is ok if leaking had started recently as it can be repaired easily and cheaply. However if it has been leaking for some time, there could be some rotten wood in the used mobile homes for sale, so be careful.
